Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the DevPowerCleanup application ("App") operated by DevPower ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on devices you own or control
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

2.1 Free Version

The free version of the App provides access to basic cleanup features as described on our website and App Store listing.

2.2 Pro Version

The Pro version is available as a one-time in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual license to use all Pro features, including future updates.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Copy, distribute, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App
  • Use the App to harm your device or others' devices

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVPOWER BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data before using the App
  • Understanding what files the App will delete
  • Ensuring the cleanup actions are appropriate for your workflow

While the App is designed to safely remove only cache and temporary files, you should always maintain backups of important data.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the App Store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
